Generic Greeting collective for Projekts Skatepark Nov 2014
For the fortnight preceding the exhibition, Generic Greeting artists became nocturnal and spent their nights painting the pillars that hold up Mancunian Way situated in Projekts Skatepark, Manchester.
These pillars have been encircled by a triptych mural designed by Will Berry & Kidmilk. The exhibition also includes six specially commissioned pieces by the collective's artists. These hang on the skatepark's fences, creating an exciting new open air gallery space in the centre of Manchester.
'Sketchy', a discrete exhibition of Lewis Royden's skate photography collaborated with illustration, is also hung inside the cafe as part of the event.
The launch night featured DJ sets from Generic Greeting's Szajna, Big War, DJ Croww and Kernon.
